Description
The CANIK VOID-9 (MPN: CASU0004) is a lightweight 9mm suppressor developed with Otter Creek Labs for use on handguns and pistol-caliber carbines. Unlike the stainless-steel VOID rifle models, the VOID-9 is additively manufactured from Grade 5 titanium and combines an integrated booster system with interchangeable front caps so the user can configure the suppressor for stronger sound reduction or lower back pressure.
The production VOID-9 measures 6 inches long, 1.375 inches in diameter, and weighs 7.5 ounces. Its integrated booster assembly includes a 1/2x28 piston, Nielsen-device spring, and piston retainer for compatible tilting-barrel pistols. A 1.125x28 rear mounting interface also permits compatible fixed-barrel mounting options for PCC and rifle applications. CANiK rates the model for 9x19mm without a minimum barrel restriction and also publishes specific .300 Blackout, .338 ARC, and .357 Magnum use limits.
