The SilencerCo Velos LBP 556K (MPN: SU5420) is the compact 5.56 model in SilencerCo’s low-back-pressure Velos family. It is designed for AR-pattern rifles and other semi-automatic 5.56 hosts where controlling gas blowback and keeping overall length down are important, while still retaining the durability required for hard-use firing schedules.
3D-Printed Inconel Core & Compact K Length
The Velos LBP 556K uses a 3D-printed Inconel 625 core fully integrated with 17-4 stainless-steel front and rear modules. It measures approximately 4.76 inches long, 1.73 inches in diameter, and weighs about 12.4 ounces. SilencerCo’s additive-manufactured internal geometry allows the suppressor to manage gas flow in ways that are difficult to produce with traditional machining.
Low Back Pressure & Charlie ASR Mounting
SilencerCo’s LBP system is designed to reduce gas driven back through the firearm while maintaining useful sound and flash suppression. The 556K is full-auto rated and has no published barrel-length restriction. This package uses the Charlie mounting interface and ships with a Charlie ASR mount, an ASR muzzle device, an internal Charlie flash-hider front cap, and the appropriate installation tools.
