Description
The Dead Air CT5P Patrol DT is a compact, direct-thread 5.56/6mm ARC suppressor developed around Dead Air’s low-back-pressure Gas Management System and Compact Triskelion baffle architecture. The Patrol line was created for demanding semi-automatic rifle use where controlling gas at the shooter, flash, concussion, and overall suppressor size all matter at the same time.
3D-Printed Haynes 282 Construction
Dead Air manufactures the CT5P from Haynes 282 using additive manufacturing, allowing the mount and complex internal geometry to be integrated into a compact structure. The direct-thread model is approximately 5.49 inches long and 1.6 inches in diameter. Unlike a HUB suppressor, the rear mount is fixed as part of the design, reducing unnecessary length and parts while increasing rigidity.
Direct Thread Variants & Low Back Pressure
The CT5P Patrol DT is offered in fixed 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 thread configurations and in Black or FDE high-temperature Cerakote. Because those choices are handled as variants under this parent product, the parent listing remains neutral to the selected thread pitch and finish. Dead Air rates the suppressor for full-auto use in 5.56 NATO and 6mm ARC with no minimum barrel restriction.
