Police department trade in Bushmaster XM-15 5.56 Nato 14.5" pinned/weld Rifle. These have 14.5" barrels with pinned and welded YHM Phantom flash hider. Rifles all come with M4 Collapsible stock and front sight post. Expect normal wear from duty carry. These are Windham, ME manufactured.
