Description
Police department trade in Avon F90 (Full Cut) Ballistic Helmets with Team Wendy dial retention system and ZAP pads. These helmets meet NIJ Level IIIA. These are unissued, new in the box helmets. No rails, mounts, etc have been installed. All are size medium. Head Circumference 21.5-22.5 (in), 54-57(cm). Helmets are packaged from the factory in 2 packs. Most are still in plastic wraps with all instructions/manuals.
