62gr BSP
These are great. Accurate and just as fast as 5.56 62/64gr BSP's. ~2850 avg fps from 16". Same as the Winchester and federal 5.56. None of the four 62/64gr BSP's surpassed 2900fps. So, if your worried about these being .223. Dont.

I once attended a ballistics course and saw the performance that Speer gold dot had. I was very impressed and have pure confidence in Speer, other brands did excellent but Speer always had excellent penetration, weight retention and expansion. I am issued Speer Gold Dot G2 9mm and use this .223 ammo for duty.
