The Colt LE6920SOCOM represents one of the closest commercial variants to the U.S. military’s M4A1 SOCOM configuration. Built by Colt's Manufacturing Company, this rifle delivers the durability, reliability, and specifications that have defined Colt carbines for decades.

At the heart of the LE6920SOCOM is a 14.5" chrome-lined barrel with the heavier SOCOM profile. The increased barrel mass enhances heat resistance during sustained firing and adds rigidity for consistent performance. Chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7 twist rate, it is optimized to stabilize a wide range of modern projectile weights, from lighter training loads to heavier defensive or duty ammunition.  An extended flash hider has been pin/weld to barrel for an overall barrel length of 16.1"

The rifle features a carbine-length gas system paired with a fixed front sight base and a flat-top upper receiver. This configuration allows shooters to run traditional iron sights or easily mount optics using the Picatinny rail. The quad-rail handguard provides ample space for lights, lasers, and other mission-essential accessories while maintaining a rugged, military-grade feel.
